Chuck may succeed. As has been pointed out he gets parts at dealer prices NOT the prices you and I pay--big difference.
Also he likely sells as many or more extended Viper warranties (which he will lose as well) as anyone in the country and contrary to what some believe, there are LOTS of vipers on the road with extended plans and a large block of his work is covered by Dodge . I have owned 5 Vipers since 95 and have never had one out of warranty-- most folks I have known over the years are the same.
I don't doubt that Chuck will survive somehhow , but to say "oh he will be ok" when he is losing all the rights and advantages of being an authorized dealer is a bit naive. (even if he does not sell many cars) Why do you think he (and we) moved heaven and earth, to save him last time?
I have done a lot of legal work having to do with loss of franchises. THIS IS A BIG DEAL FOR CHUCK AND OTHERS.
