I clicked on the link (just now) and it opened right up
Might be my computer. It tried to open the PDF with PDF Vista, which normally works. I will download Adobe Reader and try it!

Got it! It was me! Sorry!

Sam has it correct. Sale of VPA had no effect on the bylaws. But I'm more concerned about opening a dialogue to address the elephant in the room. My serving as treasurer would provide no value. A new thread should be opened and VJ would really have to excercise his authority by closely monitoring the posts.

Jack,
If you run and are elected as the National Treasurer of this club, I'll sign up as a member.

BTW. That was a vote of confidence in you..not a smart ass comment. I think you know me well enough to know the difference but thought I would clarify my post just in case.

Granger. And others

Please stop and take a breathe. I am not the old crew nor are the people with me. Right now I working on saving the club. Most of your ideas have all ready been discussed. As I said before no more finger pointing, please!!!!!! I am open to discussing any thing and acting on what we all think will work. I am here because no one would step up. Janey and I want this club to work, and the only way to do it is to show everyone that VCA has changed and is here to stay. If you're serious about helping contact me by email or phone. I know that this club will have to change to survive. So let's get to work

Wow, read about the judgement on VA.

A month has gone by and no discussion about the huge white elephant in the room?

And now, in addition to a white elephant, we have an old white hairless chimp....

I wonder why no one has mentioned the legal mess they were in?

It went out in a newsletter at the beginning of the year and was on the home page for two months. I was asked to also post in in Braille, but I knew the technology was beyond most to comprehend.

I'm not the "poster child", but I am a professional scapegoat.

Free is taking upon himself to drive away as many members as he can just by being himself. Somebody must have told him he was clever or witty at some point, he's just sad and pathetic.

Just an observation:

The topic of conversation is dictated by the posts people make. If people don't post and just wait for others to post, they are letting those that do post control the topic of conversation. If the topic(s) currently being discussed are not of interest, by all means, post up and discuss something else.

There are indeed "sad and pathetic" people who come to gripe. Usually these egotistical "ex-members" claim they will rejoin if only their highly unrealistic demands are met. it's quite a comical cycle actually. First they gripe about the club, it's lack of transparency and failure of fiduciary responsibility. They gripe about the moderation and "vanishing posts". They compare the new regime to the old regime. Then, when these little primadonna's reach a dead end, they point the finger at me. I'm the true victim here. Can't everybody see that?:D

What I find truly amusing is that these ex members that like to come here and blab their opinions aren't really blabbing "their" opinions. I read what's posted on the other sites. Guys like Rocket and Shooter usually regurgitate the rumblings and musings of much smarter individuals from the other sites. These select individuals operate via attache's. Ergo, Rocket and Shooter are eerily similar to Salacious B. Crumb and his relationship to Jabba The Hut.

Incorrect. Others I have spoken to have named you as an example of why they no longer visit here or post. I still come but you're making me question it.

I kinda like Free. Often provides a fresh perspective, along with a unique sense of humor.

Feel differently about those that only post to stir up trouble and offer no solutions. Think there is a special place in Hell for them.

Am I missing something here.? If the final judgement wasn't decided until 04/06/16, how could it have been in a newsletter at the beginning of the year.?
