have killed the carpet in my 2000 rt/10. after 65,000 miles you have a few mishaps.

The horror is it is COGNAC !

Now to all you haters that think black is the only color for the interior of a viper,
all I can say is don't worry, its just an awkward phase and one day you will grow out of it.

I LIKE the cognac interior, and being in Florida you can get into your car and not suffer 3rd degree burns if you leave the top off for 1/2 hour.

so now I have decided I need a new carpet and the carpet on my drivers door is starting too get fuzzy and its bugging the hell out of me.

Are the carpets even available?

anything special needs to be done to swap one out?

guess I'll be calling Jon .

the interior needs an upgrade but upgrades need to be functional as well as aesthetic.

Pull the carpet out,wet it,add tide, scrub it with a brush, rinse and let dry. Fuzzy door is an easy fix. Hopefuly you shave with a blade like a real manly man. Otherwise buy a cheap bic or something. Just shave it gently without wetting and all the fuzz will be gone. Need to "shave" the the fuzz off the door rugs every few years. Have done it twice so far with excellent results. Honest. NO BS. Try it. GTS Bruce
