While I realize it might get a little cooler in other
areas than here, concrete still does tend to **** the heat out of anything, and I'm wondering about the effects on my pilots after sitting for an extended period of garage time. Are flat
spots a problem ? Should the car be up on jacks if it's not going to be rolling for a few months ?

I have stored cars for about 16 yrs. in sub zero temps. I have never had a flat spot problem. I usually pump them up just below the max pressure indicated on the side wall. Rubber compounds today are vastly different from the 'old' days when flat spotting was common if the car wasn't lifted.

You should also follow the manuals recommendations and place carpets squares above plywood squares and drive up on those. In addition, you should have plastic sheeting underneath the car to prevent the leeched moisture from condensing on your frame.
