Should come from the factory with the car, though it's not uncommon for them to be "missing" at the time of delivery. You should be able to buy an OE one from a dealer or from an owner that doesn't use it. Check our classified.

I bought an 09 Viper and the boot was folded nicely in a leather pouch. It also folds back up pretty easy so you can store it without damaging it. The boot flows well and improves the look of the car beside protecting the top.

My Gen IV also cam with one, which I never use, still in plastic.
