I AM NOT WANTING TO FIGHT THE EXHAUST WARS HERE, JUST PASS ON
MY EXPIERENCE. I DROVE A BORLA CAR AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE
INTERIOR RESONANCE IN THE CAR, I GUESS AT 55 IM GETTING TOO OLD
FOR MORE BOOMING WHILE IM DRIVING.
I BOUGHT RANDOM TECH HIGH FLOWS FROM JONB AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT
AT THE CORSA FACTORY IN BEREA OHIO. IF YOU WANT THEIR EXHAUST AND
CAN GET TO THE FACTORY FOR THEIR INSTALL, YOU WILL BE THRILLED.
YOU WILL GET A TOUR THROUGH THEIR FACTORY AND GET TO WATCH AS
MARK, THEIR TECHNICIAN, DOES THE MOST EXACTING JOB OF LOCATING AND FITTING OF THE SYSTEM, YOU WANT THIS GUY ON YOUR VIPER!
PAUL, JIM JR, JIM AND ALL OF THE OTHERS THERE ARE CAR PEOPLE AND
KNOW MORE ABOUT HOW EXHAUST SYSTEMS WORK THAN THE REST OF US WANT
TO KNOW BUT IT GIVES YOU A GOOD FEELING KNOWING THESE GUYS DID YOUR SYSTEM.
THE GOOD NEWS WAS IT SOUNDED GREAT, MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED,
BETTER THAN THE BORLA TO ME, AND ON THE WAY HOME, AT 70 AND 80
I HAD NO INTERIOR RESONANCE. FOR WHAT I RECIEVED THEY COULD HAVE
CHARGED DOUBLE AND I WOULD STILL FEEL LIKE I GOT MY MONEYS WORTH.
IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET AND CAN GET TO NORTH OHIO, IT IS WELL
WORTH IT TO CALL PAUL AT CORSA AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, YOU
WONT BE SORRY

...........Thanks for the feedback ! The #1 reason folks ditch the "Borla Boomers" is aural ache... (Sometimes from the Right-Seat Occupant.) Corsa has saved at least 2 marriages that I know of !

And if you CAN'T drive to Corsa factory like Tony, PartsRack wil save you about $200 off the 3" system, and we have several great installers in VCA regions across USA.

Or....if yur handy w/ normal tools, install on jackstands in your own garage !

I have the same setup and am happy with it. I may ditch the rear mufflers and just go straight through retaining the cats and the mufflers in the side.

Good Luck!!

Jon, I thought you said the HF cats and Corsa system should really be welded, so for a home install, should the system be fitted, marked, and brought to a shop for welding, then back onto the car?

I just installed this exact system on my car and it does sound great, much better after the high flow cats were installed. A little louder and much less like the UPS truck at idle. I installed the exhaust then removed the remaining stock piece with the stock cat and 1st piece of the Corsa (each side) and took this with the high flow cats to a local custom exhaust shop. The only things to really be concerned with is that the overall length remains the same so your hangers work and that the insulation side on the new cats is turned towards the passenger compartment. The side sills now stay cool enough that there is no burn risk. That was my major reason for doing the cats.
