I've never been a fan of wings on verts, but with the '08 hood and coupe rear, the ACR wing might look pretty damn good!
I still can't make up my mind on the ACR cannards, but even they might look more "in place" with the wing added. Any photoshop help on this?

You should do this Scott while you are deciding on supercharger. It may not be but it would look faster than anu other car around you.

Well,

Here are some pics of all the components that are supplied in the kit,

Custom Decklid/Trunk - This decklid is a morphing of a blend of the rear portion of a coupe rear with the front half of a convertible decklid, yes 2 viper expensive viper parts had to be cut up and combined to make this one part, the slope of the tail was worked for 40+ hours to get it to match the top of the coupe deck top, this will insure to preserve the integrity of any aero that was been engineered into the piece by Dodge. The structure of the trunk was also enhanced to allow for the extra height as the coupe quarters sit a full 1/2 inch higher than the convertible quarters

Custom Quarter Panels
The quarter panels were reworked to match up the trunk lid at the fore most top area where the standard coupe quarters just go straight, these have added structure to match up to the trunk like the standard convertible quarters do. The inner attachment panel of this panel is also customized to match all the attachment and adjustment points of the regular convertible quarter panels

Custom Rear Bumper
We made this parts to be as close and exact to the regular coupe bumper

Custom Inner Brackets
This part, does not even have a part number from Dodge, they just come as part of teh coupe to hold the bumper and rear quarters in place

Inner and Outer Tail light surrounds

LOL, You are the poster child for seller's remorse!

I can tell you, driving up the drive way in my pick up truck and seeing that convertible in the driveway with that rear end, Ouch!

Panels are made of fiberglass, weight is pretty much exactly the same as stock, the stock panels are made of fiberglass (SMC) for the stock decklid and urethane for the quarters and the bumper. so in effect everything is a form of plastic.

Steve,
Nice looking kit, great job.
What is the warranty on the construction of this kit. Is it Lifetime, or limited lifetime against manufacturing defects (e.i. cracks, epoxy resin blisters, fitment.)
How much preparation work is needed before paint.
Maybe I'm blind but I looked at your website and could not find anything on product warranty.
Also, is the warranty the same for your 08-10 style fiberglass hoods.

Thanks.

Hi Demoe,

Thanks for the compliments on the kit, your step by step install post of the coupe gas cap onto a convert really helped me in my initial planning stages of this project.

My standard warranty is that I replace parts that have defects due to workmanship or materials for up to 12 months, sorry for not having this info on my site, but in reviewing my site I checked a bunch of others and the only Viper related site I found (DODGE and Mopar performance) that actually had specific warranty info had the following, so I think my warranty is right in line with DODGE and in many cases better than some of my competitors.

MOPAR PARTS BASIC 12-Month LIMITED WARRANTY

What Is Warranted
Except as listed below, MOPAR parts sold over the counter or wholesaled are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for 12 months/unlimited miles for parts (exchange) only. Parts installed on a Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge or Jeep® vehicle by an authorized Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep dealer are warranted for 12 months/12,000 miles for both parts and labor, or for 12 months/unlimited miles for parts (exchange) only, whichever is more favorable to the customer.

The following MOPAR products have time and mileage limitations, or warranty coverages that differ from the general coverage described above:

Accessories including Air Conditioning Systems
Batteries
Catalytic Converters
MOPAR Performance Engine Assemblies
Master Shield® Protection Products
Mufflers, Shocks, Struts and Bedliners
MOPAR Remanufactured Parts, Engine Assemblies - Gas and Diesel, Powertrain Parts - Cylinder Heads, Transmissions and Transaxles and Antilock Brake Controllers
MOPAR Replacement Sheet Metal
MOPAR Performance Parts

-----------------------------------------------------

Mopar Performance Parts Warranty

Mopar Performance Parts are sold "as is," without any warranty whatsoever. Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. The entire risk as to quality and performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.

Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep® vehicle and parts warranties are voided if the vehicle or parts are used for competition or if they fail as a result of modification.

Steve,
I'm curious to know if the stock inner fenders work or do new ones come in the kit?
Sal

Hey Sal,

My inner rear quarters, (where they bolt up to the tub) is just like the convertible quarters, the factory coupe quarters will not even fit and allow the trunk hinge to work, much less fit there. So, to answer your question,

The kit comes with
2 perfect fitting quarters
1 trunk customized in soooo many ways
Bumper
Brackets to bolt bumper to tub
Coupe inner trunk area tail light covers
Coupe rear outer trim for the area between the tail lights and the rear quarters (you don't really see this piece unless you are looking for it)

if you mean the wheel tub/liners, the convert and coupe parts are exactly the same

This will be a home run! The only thing I ever liked about the GTS is the rear end. This is how it should look!!

Any progress Steve?

All the panels are in the molding process, we hope to be popping parts out in the next 5 - 10 days, it has been quite a few molds to make, 8 individual parts many complex shapes some requiring 3 or 4 piece molds.
All the brackets are at the metal fabricators being made as well
