Covers for Foglights like Gen I & II

I can't answer your question, sorry, but I think that was just stock for Gen I, it wasn't an aftermarket thing.
That sounds like it's out of my capability. How do you suggest I do that?

A couple of ways, you can either make a fiberglass outline and fill in the center with plexi or make the whole thing out of plexi. You have to make a mold and thermoform the plexi precut to the shape to get the edges form a flange. No big deal at all.
They do not fit plus even if they did, you would have to make slots in the light opening to mount them.No idea. I was hoping you'd buy them and find out for us.

Well if everybody is done ******* slapping each other, I'd be interested in a pair of clear (like lexan or plexiglass) for the street and a pair of solid covers so I could color match or contrast the vehicle to use on track day events, etc when I don't need fog lights. Seriously, I'm surprised nobody has brought these to market yet.

George I'm doing this purely for the looks, but as you add it protects the foglights and makes the car more aerodynamic for racing
Maybe I'll create a new product lets see what happens

Honestly I don't know if it would make a measurable difference in aero, but I like the retro look and it reminds me of older race cars and sports cars. It would provide protection from rocks, etc.

A couple of years ago we talked to Tom from SRT and he said this is a very low pressure area and doesn't make much difference in the aero. Also why it doesn't work to good a a vent for a brake duct. Would look really kool though.
