That is so sad. I could not imagaine how many more wrecks we would see if 30,000 units a year were sold to the public. There are way too many wrecks for the amount of cars produced.

Local news report said reckless charges are pending. No word on DUI which probably means it wasn't. I'm sure thats the first question the reporters asked. The report also said it was near an exit for State Route 58. At that point in the Highway, the road curves to the left if you don't take the exit, so It wasn't a straight stretch of road. Pretty simple to understand this one.... Unfamiliar with the car (being a 2009), cold roadway (less than 50 degrees last night), excess speed for the previously stated conditions, and curve in the highway at 12:45 AM= Burned Viper. It appears all 3 people injured will be OK after treatment. We have a local group of almost 30 Vipers and none of us know this car or who may have been in it. I do hope everyone is OK and it always ***** to see another Viper trashed because of a faulty Traction Control Computer(his brain) and traction control switch(his right foot).

Too much, too fast, too foolish.

I'm glad they'll live to tell the tail.
