Cruisin\' along the Danube (Donau)
Folks,
Wanted to share some pics of yesterday's cruise along the Danube.
The Viper changed nationality last week and is now officially an Austrian car. One of the 10 Vipers in this country...
While being used to a lot of attention in the US, the car is even more of a headturner over here. There's Carreras on every corner of the street. Also lots of Ferraris. Some Lambos. Apart from a Viper in the showroom of Chrysler Austria, haven't seen 1 Viper yet. It was sold for 145 K Euro by the way (175 K USD !).
So, here's the car in the Durnstein area (please note the 3 layers of wax):
The car in the Vienna area, with some vinyards in the background :
My co-pilot :
Stay tuned for more European Viper action. Next week we have a meeting in the Alps, with 27 Vipers attending (mainly German and Swiss). We'll get back to you with lots of pics and stories
