Followup, took all four wheels to Wheel Wizard in Atlanta (peachtree industrial blvd area, near Jim Ellis dealers) They polished all four and I had them machine and powder coat backside with silver to match stripes. They look beautiful. Best thing about this, 600 for all four.
Discount tire installed new Mischelin SS's. Good job and prices all around.
