Looks like the Dodge team is learning from past issues and putting the customer first.

According to the articale, customers who ordered the Hellcats are getting them first, vs Dealer orders. I think this is the right way to handle things. Take care of the customers first who were willing to place an order ahead of time.

That's really great because sometimes a special edition is exactly what you want. Since Chrysler definitely will not lose but earn money from this cars, why not build as much as they can?
