DC answers question about the Oil use on early 2000\'s

Many thanks to the guys who answered me on the engine issue.
JonB, I also had purchased the 7/75 btb warranty extension.

Here is what DC said.

Thanks for the e-mail.

I have reviewed with our Technical Department and advise that there are no Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) or recall for the issue you noted. Should there be a recall for this concern, you will notified promptly by mail. Should we issue a TSB for this concern, your dealer will be the first to know. If there is a current concern with your vehicle, please set an appointment with the dealer and they will address the concern.

DC's response was little more than playing dumb I agree. I did not expect them to admit anything with potential costs of that level of TSB, but I was curious none the same. Anyways, the email I sent you gives more label info (MDM 102616 100AD), does that mean 16th build on 10/26 ???
