my 03 srt has arrived after 16 months.i did not negosiate price up front now dealer wants MSRP+freight&gas tax.originaly assumed i could drive car a few months & resell with low miles for about what i paid.is this still possible at this price or should i try to sell now before it is used, if so do i title car ?. or let dealer keep car &wait for 04 to be plentiful and buy 04 at less than MSRP?
