I don't think they started putting them in Vipers until 1998. I have a 96 GTS which did not come with it and I got the video off E-bay a year ago just for the heck of it. You aren't missing much but it is kinda cool to have.

Assuming that your car was not repainted it must be a 1996 or a 1997. As far as I have been able to determine they did not start adding the videos until quite a bit later.
