design height

hi guys
i have a 95 viper that has been converted to r.h drive and had front chassis damage that has been repaired but i need to mount a new r.h rack.
the service book shows tool no`s 6647 for front and 6648 for rear to set the design height to enable me set the bump steer.can anyone tell me were i can buy these tools or another way of setting the design height

You may be able to find them cheaper elsewhere, but you should be able to get all the special tools here.

miller special tools dont list these tools
do you have any other options
