Viperholics,

Here's the deal. I got a certificate for a free Sears/NTB diehard battery. The best one they sell (Gold). I have to use this before 06/24/2003. Anybody use a Diehard in the Viper? Did I mention it's free....

Here are the specs:

Item Weight 39.7 lbs.
Battery Group Size 78
Terminal Post Location Side
Container Material Polypropylene

Dimensions:
Length 10-1/4 in.
Width 7-1/16 in.
Height 7-11/16 in.

Warranties & Coverage:
Months in Use Free Replacement 36
Months in Use Pro Rated Replacement 100

Later

P.S. - I prefer the term frugal, not cheap.

We have been slowly switching our Vipers (3/6) over to Die-hard Gold...LOVE'EM...as I noted in previous post:

" I use 75 series Die-Hard Gold...NOT 78 series that was listed in the Sears battery book a couple of years back. The Die-Hards have served us well for non-track applications...saw a recent battery comparison where Die-Hard rated ABOVE more expensive alternatives...again, were talking NON-TRACK USAGE...you know, "posing".

Thanks fella's.

I bought 4 Michelan tires for my ****** (1989 Buick Park Avenue), and got the certificate. Was hoping I could put it to use - looks like I can....
