directions for adjusting the ACR coilovers?

Im putting on the ACR coilovers, anyone have a quick how to on how to adjust them, I have installed and adjusted lots of coilovers, just not the ACR Konis.

noone? adjust the rebound and compression? commmon SOMEONE has to have done it! lol

I have been trying to find this out also. I bought my acr used so have no instructions. The acr shocks are not mentioned in my 99 service manual. I have searched all the old threads on this board and the alley boards and there were a few people that had directions or pamphlets attached to their posts that were no longer there- I guess because they were old posts.
I did find info on 2002 acr shocks but they look different than mine.
