Do 02 Vipers have the water pump problem like 01\'s?

Just been reading a little here on the board and was wondering if
the 02's had the water pump/impeller shaft problem like some of the 00-01's have..My 02 will be here by the end of the week says Inter-City lines.
Thanks for any onfo on this.

Also is there anything different from the 01 to the 02 GTS's besides color

I had a problem. Dealer fixed it and did a T-Stat.

My symptoms were. Car would idle cool at 190 but would overheat while driving it. I think 02s did have the problem but Im not 100% sure. Dont let it wreck your experience though. Drive it until it breaks then take it to the dealer. No biggie. Ive had mine 2 years and thats the only problem Ive ever had.
