Dodge Viper Gen 1 & 2 Diffuser Blade Setup

I have been emailed by a couple folks asking if I still make these diffuser blades. This post is to see if there is interest in me producing another batch of them. I get about 12 sets of diffuser blades per batch and would need a minimum of 5 orders before I will produce a batch. Below is what the pricing would be as well as photos to cars that have the blades installed. If your interested please let me know and those who have contacted me already please contact me again because I don't have your PM's anymore.

I like them, but what purpose to they serve?

They are for aesthetics however I have had multiple reports as well as experienced it myself reduced dirt buildup on the rear bumper of the car.

The blades without coating are only available for order until the batch is produced. Once produced the remaining blades will head off to powder coating.

LEAD TIME: There is an approx 3-5 week lead time from production to delivery. Production of the blades is short, the Lead time is to cover powdercoating, shipping of the blades to me, and distribution to the customer.

Emails have been sent to all the preorders with information payment and ordering.

Approximately 7 sets of blades remaining currently.

For those that have asked why the preorder requirement and why the lead time I am a military guy who had these blades custom made for my car. When I posted photos of them I received a ton of emails asking me to produce them. I'm not a parts dealer so I don't stock them. My overhead on the blades is very high so the preorders keep the financial impact on me lower. Once 5 preorders are done the blades get produced, usually done in less than 2 days by my fabricator in Virginia. From here the blades are split up, non coated orders stay in the box, rest sent to powdercoating. Powdercoating is 1-3 weeks due to the amount of work my coated does. From there everything is boxed up and shipped to me in RI for distribution. Hopefully this answers all the questions.

The order for the blades has been placed today. Each batch I get roughly 52 blades from. 24 of those blades have been spoken for. Uncoated blades will be available for purchase until these blades are brought to the powder coaters.

Uncoated means they are raw aluminum. Basically the blades are laser cut from aluminum and bent. Some people prefer to spray paint them, some prefer powder coating. You could even polish them to a shine if you wanted to take the time. You can get them powder coated any color you would like but I dont have access to a good PC person up here in RI. Most prefer them in black or carbon fiber overlaid. Hopefully this works since I'm on my phone but here is a photo of them uncoated.
