DODGE ***** WHEN IT COMES TO PROBLEMS

My experience with Dodge has been quite the opposite. They have quickly fixed anything I complained about and went above and beyond the call of duty several times. Anyone who has a problem with a dealer simply needs to take it to SRT and it will be fixed. Also, it's true, Tom Sessions is one of the finest Viper mechanics on the planet, to say nothing of the fact that he's a really nice guy too.

It's always nice to know that your car had been well taking care of and that you have found a good dealership to look after you. As for my personal opinion, I think it all depends on the dealership itself. I, personally, had some really bad experience with one dealer which was a complete disaster. Oh well, since we love the VIPER so much, guess we have to live with this.
