Does anyone REGRET going with Eibachs?

Anyone in the Chicago area who has done this? What would be a reasonable cost for doing this work?

Please explain why it is a ***** to do, I am about to do it, just got springs. Any other tips besides good compressor?

At least for me and a couple of friend Mechanics (not Viper Mechanics)took a while for us to figure it out. But once you do it's not that bad. (I could probably do it in my sleep now.) Just make sure you have the right spring compressor and you take your time you should be happy with the results. :2tu:

I just lowered my 01 GTS ACR and went with 500 lbs front, 750 lbs rear Eibach springs. I picked up a new set of adjustable Koni's from Dave Cawthorne and they work very well. Ride is firm but acceptable, a good compromise for street / track.

I've read all the posts, but no one mentions their spring rates? Too high a spring rate will create an uncomfortable ride on the street. What spring rates are you guys going with front and rear?
