Door alignment

Does anyone have a step by step on how to adjust the doors? Mine are a little off and would like to adjust them up a bit so they close better.

Also, does anyone know if I can make the factory MY00 Alarm work with my 98? I hate that huge alarm fob and would love to have the smaller one.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just did my driver's door last week. You can do it by yourself (I did), but it is more difficult. I used a few towels between the bottom of the door and the door sill to allow the door to move up slightly as I loosened the hinge bolts. Take your time. It is fairly straight forward, but remember you only need to move it a SMALL amount to make a big difference. As was mentioned, lube the door hinges well while you are there.
