draining the 1998 gen II coolant

I've done my 1994 rt/10 coolant system but was wondering if it's the same as doing the 1998 Gen II engine?

Any recommendation on a good coolant to use?

I think the expansion tank set up is different, try a search, I think its been covered several times, I used Bluecol protek which has trigard corrosion protection at a 50:50 ratio. It also has I think a 5 year lifespan. May not be available in the states.
