I just sent this to my builder. I couldn't even get a flush mounted garage door out of this guy (11 foot ceilings and not enough support he says).

One thing I might be able to do is your floor...what kind of "tile" did you use?

Wayne, that is exactly the garage I could build if I could build one and had the space. I am embarrassed to show you how I stacked the Viper and Saleen into a one car garage with the only entrance and exit being the garage door. But hey, I have a garage door opener. Ha! Ha!

BTW, is your name Bruce Wayne? Batman would feel inferior in your garage.

My only real question is what does the mansion look like.
