Early '93 RT10 rocker switch and knob question

I have an early '93 RT10 (similar to '92). At the very front of the console, there are 2 rocker switches. The one towards the driver seat is obviously for my fog lights. There is another one to the right of the fog lamp rocker switch that with a picture of a light on it like the fog lamp one that doesn't appear to do anything. Can anyone tell me what this rocker switch is for? Also when I am sitting in the driver seat, directly in front of my right knee on the lower dash is a black knob/dial with a single white line on it. It also appears to do nothing when turned. Is this some sort of valet switch or what? If so, how does it work? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The switch to right of Fog is a blank. In europe it was for the rear fog light. I don't have the other you mention.

Thanks for the Info. Do you also have the early 93 with the antenna on the quarter or do you have the later model 93 with the antenna in the windshield?
