i just do a search on viper everyday and they popped up yesterday,. i search newly listed and the going gone.

As said above, before I bid, I check feedback. I have passed many auctions over due to the feedback. Feel lucky if you have not paid him yet!

There is a new procedure you can follow (well new to me)
where you tell your problem/story to a third party and they go after him
to try and resolve it.
it was under the Q&A section on ebay if i recall correctly.

it worked for me..
a guy who would not return emails or ship item ..shipped next day!

If for some reason the guy doesn't follow through for you, I have an a set of TD's I will sell at a reasonable price.
