yeah, I would go with Bill Pemberton. I have a thing with "specialty car lots". I think most of them are crooks in one shape or another. I can always tell when these small car lots don't know their a$$ from their elbows when they give descriptions of the car. Such as factory chrome wheels with all the options. Automatic from the factory and BS stuff like that. As far as I know there were no options and wheels were never chromed from the factory. Bill has a good reputation and if I had to buy a Viper out of state..he would be the man to go with. He knows his stuff.

Bill Pemberton would give me much more piece of mind than an E-bay purchase(though I have bought lots of non-car stuff on E-bay), if for no other reason than he doesen't BS about the car's condition, and has the best delivery system this side of the stork.
