Our engine went at 1421 miles. Never Dyno'ed the old engine so I can only go by the "ole seat of the pants" dyno. The old engine had a couple or three liners too low and thus allowed anti-freeze to seep into the cylinder(s). It was only noticed when parked for a week or two and got to around 50 degrees in the garage. The worst liner was .004 inch low. We chose the Arrow rebuild route and now have only 4100 miles on the car. IF IT BLEW TODAY,,,,,,,,,,, we would want another Arrow rebuild. If the warranty is gone when that should happen, then I'll do it myself, but until then......
The ole 'pants' dyno sez the car is noticibly quicker. Ran it at VIR 2001, turned 2.22 laps and the car was PURE stock. Left a little time on the track because I ran stock brake pads. After over a 100 laps (Friday,Sat and Sun), it came home with 60 to 75% pads left on the factory set. Very conservative with the brakes as didn't want to discolor the white 'Viper" on the calipers.
We will Dyno sometime in the future, most likely when the NC VCA does it.
Good luck
