Error Code P0151

Just installed a new Intercooler and larger pump on my 2006. Have had zero issues with the car since new. Went to start the car and have a engine check light, code P0151, what's that? O2 sensor? Everything I did was in front of the radiator with the exception of installing the new pump under the car by the right front wheel, really didn't touch anything in the engine compartment other than refill the cooler. I did have the front belly pan off. The only other unusual thing I did was to cycle the car from 'on' to 'off' perhaps 10 times other the course of an hour bleeding the air out of the intercooler, never actually started the car until a few minutes ago when I got the code. Any idea what's going on? Thanks

My guess would be to disconnect the battery, at the fuse box under the hood, and push the brake pedal to get rid of any residual voltage. Then after a few minutes reconnect the battery cable and turn your ignition key to the run position only until the computers go through their complete cycle. DO NOT START THE ENGINE. Then turn off the key and start as normal letting the engine idle. This will clear all the codes.

Error code po151 is low voltage to the ECM from the right side upstream O2. I'd be checking for a disconnected or broke wire there 1st. If that not the case then warm up the engine and back probe the connector to the O2. It should be changing voltage. Goose the throttle a few times and it should show Rich or over .5 volts to 1.0V. Then pull a vacuum hose or PCV and it will go lean or below .5. If it's fixed low it bad O2 since it doesn't have a lean or rich code either wire or O2 bad.
