Hennessey Says No To Trespassing Video


Is the name of the thread in the Performance Modifications
area.

I stumbled across and don't want it to go unnoticed by the majority of the membership.

Hope we get to see the video someday.

This is pretty old news on Hennessey. No Mercy (Bill Walters) and Taig both got taken by John Hennessey pretty badly. If you want to see something outrageous, one of the CF posts has Hennessey's D&B. It's a mile long...

If you do a search on this BB and on the CF, you'll have plenty of late night reading.

Let the buyer beware... and don't believe everything that you read in magazines.

I feel for this guy. He was wronged in a big way. I guess it's a good idea to visit other boards that don't remove posts to see truth.

I went ahead and asked my SON to see if he could find the post you THINK has been removed....took HIM all of 1 minute. Searched on ONE word, 2 hits, one click. My heart goes out to you....you probably think aliens actually do exist because someone told you so! LMFAO!!!!

I'm going to explain my original response to this topic. I have posted a reply to a topic that has been deleted.The topic was related the SRT 10, and my "OPINION" was negative in nature. Shortly after this occurred the rules were changed on this board in relation to the SRT 10 and negative comments. Fair enough, I can live with that.

I did read the long post last night on the Corvette Forum related to Taig and his dealings with John H. Every Viper owner should feel bad for this guy.

I understand that the Moderators are only doing their jobs when it comes to policing this board.

One major point that I see missing with the whole tuner/customer interaction is a WRITTEN CONTRACT.

Why is there no mention of an executed contract? If I was provided with an Estimate or a Quote that amounted to 6-figures, there would certainly be a legal parameter to follow. Both parties enter a clearly defind contract, therefore minimizing the likelihood of any disputes.

Sure hindsight is 20/20, but any reputable business will honor the customer's desire to have a bi-lateral agreement.
