Exhaust trim rings

Has anyone tried the polished stainless exhaust rings listed on Ebay? They look good, but only attach with an adhesive backing and seem somewhat pricy for what they are. Opions? Good, bad ?? Thanks

You don't think that's a lil pricy for what they are? Even with the viper tax--a lil high, but sure look good. And I'm concered about the attachment. Just wondering if anyone used them before. I have a Panoz GTR/A with side exhaust and they would look good on it also.

I put them on along with the tips. I may take them off because when my exhaust heats up and expands the tips are against the rear and the rings make that stand out more.

If you were to clean off both mating surfaces with scotchbrite and acetone then stick them on with red rtv,( 3m 106) they'll never come off.
