Extended warranty question

I saw on the post about extended warranty group buy that said you might not be able to buy an extended warranty if your original warranty has expired. Mine expired in July 2002 on the 1998 GTS.. Is this true? I hope NOT because I wanted shortly to get one.

Not true.
Just picked one up for another 3 years and 75,000 miles direct from DC. Not cheap, but I think it will pay for itself.

Two things:

1) Yes you can get an extended warranty from DC after the original one expires. I did.

2) Is it August already? I've got to cut back on the ***...

Hey Gerald,
Before you get your extended warranty I'd stop signing my posts with "supercharged" since the warranty will not apply to all engine, clutch, transmission and rear end parts due to your modifications
