ROE Supercharger - Polished (8lbs)
JMB Intake - Red
70MM Throttle Bodies
VEC 2
MSD Boost a Pump
Plumed for Nitrous (will include everything that is in the engine bay)

$8500 plus stock parts (stock intake, TBs, smooth tubes, intake manifold, injectors, pcv valve)
or $9000 without

I also have a brand new SCT Tuner that I will include with the kit for $200.

OR

I am also willing to sell the car as-is for $38.5k

1997 Dodge Viper GTS
44.6k miles
Clean Title, no accidents
Red with Black Stripes (3M Matte Wrap)
CCW SP16 Polished 19 inch wheels (plastidipped)
New Michelin Tires
ROE Polished Supercharger (647 rwhp)
70 MM TBs
VEC 2
JMB Intake
JMB Catch Can
Nitrous Wet Shot (never tried it)
B&B Headers and Exhaust
Shift Light
Autoform Roll Bar
Short Throw Shifter
Custom Two Tone Leather Interior (door panels, seats, center tune section)
Racing Harness on Driver side (seat belt behind bulkhead)
Racing Brake Pads
Cross Drilled Rotors

Included but not installed:
New Hawk Brake Pads
New NGK Spark Plugs
ACR Rear Bulkhead (did not like the autoform Bulkhead with no pocket and cheap plastic)

Issues:
Power Steering Leak, looks to be the high pressure hose
AC needs to be recharged
Dash has some scratches as 96-97s all do due to the material (I already sourced a 99 Dash for $285 shipped)
Missing seat belt buckle on driver side (female end, $25 part but for now the harness is the only option for buckling up)
Nitrous Blown down Tube not installed (did not want to drill into the car)
Stock stereo is horrible, only driver side plays (I have access to the amp and speakers out of my 1998 that I took out with 11k miles so can include those with the car)

The car feels very strong. I had a 2003 Paxton Supercharged Viper that put down just shy of 700rwhp and this car feels significantly stronger due to the instant power.

Yeah I did, it was an impulse buy that I should not have done. I am in the middle of a house remodel and I should be spending my money more wisely. If the ROE sells first, I will put the car back to stock and sell it however it would be nice to just sell it all off as one. In a couple days I will probably order stock parts and take the ROE off in preparation to sell the two separately.

I could have sworn I saw you initially post an ad in the Alley for $6,500 plus the stock parts swap?

This is the thing that gets me...your trying to sell the car and 1. You've got the Roe priced too high. 2. The pictures are horrible and you can see dirt all over $hit which means you have no pride in the machine. 3. Even if you turned the engine back to stock, you still have that abomination black matte crap to deal with and the black wheels. I call bull$hit on the house remodeling story and got a sneaky suspicion there's something seriously wrong with the car. With that said, I'll take it off your hands right now for $25k.

On the Alley they think I have the ROE priced too low so I guess it is a matter of opinion. You should know as you have one that it isn't like you can go out and buy a ROE new. Supply/Demand

The black wheels are plastidipped, you want polished CCWs, take off the plastidip, it peels off that is also your opinon....same goes for the wrap. Same goes for your entire statement actually. No one is buying this car sight unseen so they are free to come check it out. I am working on my house, do you want pictures of that too? I know it is easy to sell a Viper for $30k so if I can sell the ROE separately, why not. I enjoy working on cars, as do my friends so I have no issue spending a weekend pulling a supercharger off.

BTW the pictures are from the previous owner, the car is clean from going to cars and coffee last weekend and sitting in my garage :)

BTW sorry for all the confusion, I am trying to do 100 things at once. I should just probably focus on one direction and stick with it. Honestly if I don't get any hits on the car by Friday I will order the stock manifold and parts and pull off the ROE.

This is my 4th Viper since 2012 so I do go through them pretty quickly. I regularly talk to the buyers of my other Vipers and they have all been happy with their purchases.

I could use a roll bar...just saying.

Well if I decide to pull off the ROE, I may pull off some other pieces too and you are local so we could probably work something out. I would need your stock pieces for that too though.

Is the ROE still installed on the car? Have any pictures of the original paint before wrapping?

I was being facetious, and you handled it amazingly well. Roe's are in pretty high demand so you should sell it quick. I would shy away from buying a car that was obviously built to race...nitrous pluming, roll cage and all. GLWS and I know how stressful a remodel can be, and how quickly you can go over budget.

I won't deny it, this car was definitely built to race. Harness on driver side, seat belt hidden in bulkhead, it has race pads on it that shoot out brake dust like there is no tomorrow. That is why I bought Hawk Pads for it but never installed them. It has a switch under the hood to keep the fan on. Oh it also has an aftermarket aluminum radiator, forgot to add that to the list. But it pulls hard and looks good...well in my opinion it needs to be lowered (have springs I can sell with the car as well). Honestly the car probably has other mods on it that I don't even know about.

Well...I have all my stock engine intake parts on the shelf from when I did my ROE...intake, injectors, TBs, MAP, linkages, fuel line, blah blah blah. Never really think much about them but I have it all. Stuff is always up for trade-barter-ass/gas/grass....

I get the dark knight look, but thats not for most, the car looked great before the wrap, you will sell it much faster with the car red with black stripes in my opinion. I also think you should sell it all modded out. Just my 2 cents.

Well the new owner can decide what look he wants. I have a friend that may be interested in my car after I take the ROE off but he loves the flat black look so I would hate to lose out on a potential sale due to removing the wrap. The wrap was put on just a few months ago so it should easily come off.

Quite honestly, I would have jumped all over this Roe @$6500 last month. I have been looking for a Roe kit for 2 years and kept missing the ones up for sale by about a day. But after buying a modded GT-R last week, I have become jaded to everything that I once thought was fast. Not even a 911 Turbo S excites me. I know that no matter what I do to my GTS it will never blast off like my GT-R or excite me on the street, and now I'm spoiled to the point that I must pass this up after waiting for so long.
Stupid Nissan.

Understandable but I think a GTR and a Viper are two completely different animals. GTR is ridiculously quick but I don't feel you get that same connected raw power feel. IMO

Who in their right mind would be more interested in a Viper without the twin screw....if they had a choice?

The GTR is a HIGHLY modifiable...technological marvel. I think just about everybody would like to include one in the ole stable.

As much as some folks hyped you up on the price you have it over priced. At 6500 you were in the right range to sell it fast honestly. Also if you really want to sell you should have it removed and ready to go. The 6500 shouldn't include the stock parts swap unless you find the right buyer. That is roughly the price I sold the last 2 setups and no stock parts were required. Keep in mind there are still things the next owner will need to buy to install the kit like the roe crank pin kit etc.

Yes ^^^. I can assure you that if someone in the Alley was in the market for a Roe supercharger at the time you posted the ad, they would have initially advised you to sell it at $6500 OBO.
