Finally stepped up and traded my 94 cobra conv. for a beautiful 2000 RT/10 (black/cognac) with only 7500 miles on it.
drove from Ga. to my house in southwest florida (350 miles) and all I can say is Incredible!!!
a few observations:
Everyone really IS looking at you.
Every wanna be racer is dogging you.
Every stop becomes a convention.
It's way more comfortable than I would have thought.
the clutch is very light and the pedals are close together but nothing a little drive time didn't cure.
70 feels like 30.
Much better highway miles than expected.
now its oil change time and new tires.
after reading all the posts about "snakebite" I figure I listen to the more experienced.
any other suggestions? advice?
Thanks
