I need your help on starting the first mods on my 2005 SRT-10.

* Shifter : The stock shifter needs to go. I think I heard Hurst makes a shifter for 05 SRT-10, I'm not sure though. What do you guys use? Can you post some pics of the mod shifter?

* Dashboard, console and door trim : Who sells the best quality real aluminum trim kit for the dashboard, console (around shifter area) and doors? I want it to be the same or similar color and texture as the door handles. Is it a stick on or do you remove the plastic part? Do they also make aluminum door sills?

* Exhaust and high flow cats : Who offers the best deal on the Corsa Track exhaust system? Does the Corsa Track exhaust eliminate all cats? Do I need to custom fit high flow cats? Who sells the high flow cats? And who sells the polished exhaust tips? What is the challange in installing and aligning the Corsa Track exhaust?

* Body color convertible boot : I remember seeing it somewhere on this forum. I think it was fiberglass, body color hard convertible boot that fit on the factory stock location. Who sells this? How much is it? Does it fit in the trunk? Any pics?

Finally which shop or mechanic do you guys go to in the Bay Area, CA for your performance needs?

Thanks.

All of your questions can be answered by the vendors on this website. Your best start is to pull the menu called "Communication" and then select "site sponsors".

or as most of us know, if you want one stop shopping,

try JonB at Partsrack. He offers just about everyone's goodies.

By the way, if you want an easy install, short shift swap, MGW is your guy! It'll lower the shifter (and the throw) significantly, and the installation takes minutes!
