first ride

I live in las vegas. I am looking for someone that lives near me to give me my first ride in a viper. I plan on buying a 1994 or 1995 viper in 2 years.
P.S. The wife will NOT let me rent one!

Maybe you could go down to the strip and rent one. That's where I drove my first Viper. That way you can actually drive it!

The problem with renting one is it isnt cheap. I have thought about it but the Wife wont let me. She said you will learn to like it LOL. I just dont want to wait 2 years.

Just try to dismiss the rental for quality, the cars are baffed to put it mildly, I did a 96 GTS rental from dream car rentals on the strip (across from the stratosphere) a few months back. The car had 22,000ish miles and was a basketcase that affected my view of the car, as I am looking to purchase as well.....
Took a few flames sessions from this site to get me back on track that they are not all like that!
My view would be to rent to the latest model with the least miles, regardless of the colour to get a feel for the car with as few rentals as possible!
Exception to the rule would be SteveB in Chicago, owner of cloud9 rentals, gotta love a rental owner that goes and runs 12.0's when the thing is 'off rental'!
