Fog lamp daytime driving lights

How do you guys make the fog lamps stay on during the day? I heard it was somewhere in the fuse box. True or false? If so, how do you do it? I heard that there was a thread on it a few months back and I looked for it and just couldn't find it!

Thanks to Chuck G...On Gen 1 cars, locate the fuse box(under dash, passenger side). Disconnect power(in engine bay). Relocate red/blue stripe wire at #2 fuse, to the #10 fuse location. Reconnect power. Should be able switch on fog lights anytime(with ignition switch on). Did my '94 years ago.
