Just wondering before I decide to give it a try. I would think they would be. 96' GTS w/fog light covers.

Yes they are ajustable. You'll need to remove that 4in rubber plug on the front side of the inner fender well[behind the lights]. When you reach in there the ajuster is at the bottom/backside of the fog light assemble. Screw type and only one ajuster per light.
