Wondering if anyone could clarify whether the following picture shows frame damage or if it is the factory holes that are typically covered with clear tape from the factory. The pictures are of the left and right side right where the left and right motor mounts attach to the frame. Arrows are pointing at all of the holes/potential cuts? Hopefully this is factory. Thanks!

Why would there be 4 distinct weak points of cuts/holes on the 5inches of frame where the most torque of the engine is held thru (motor mounts to the frame itself)?

just looked at my 95 and it doesn't have those holes, then I looked at my 99 GTS and no holes, so I guess my two cars are dangerous in a crash and weigh more than most other Vipers, all kidding aside I guess someone was sleeping at the factory when my frames went by

They are factory, as people are saying it is for controlling forces from impact. Beware if they look like this found out my car had an impact of some sort on the right front. Sorry I don’t have a better picture.

Yes they do. They are typically covered with a clear type tape. You missed it.
