My friend has a 2004 SRT-10 blk on blk. Some guy calls him and offers $100,000 for the car. He didn't sell it. Do you guys think he did the right thing?

I just lowered my price. I would sell it for $79k "where is."

no its the fact that I put my heart and soul into my car and its custom to ME and I wouldent sell it for anything, aside from the blood, sweat and tears I put into it, it was also my first car so it means just a little more.

He should have taken the money and ran. You can buy at least 4 on e-bay for under 75K. here is one for under 70K with less than 400 miles.

You would have to be an idiot not to sell at that price! Unless the car had some SERIOUS modifications, which I doubt, both guys are full of crap.

I will need some help getting funds secured & will need him to go to Western Union where he can help me get some old family money out of Uganda. I have $600 quid of fmaily money that has been unfortunately seized by the government & I will need to send the entire amount to your friend. He can cash the check when he receives it & keep $100k USD for the car, at whic time I can pick up the car & the balance of funds.
All he has to do is wire me $5k USD to get the process started.
This is silly, of course.

You sir are crazy. I LOVE my car (had it 26yrs) but everything has a price. It's not like a red GTS is anyhting rare, you could sell, buy another and still have 450K+ in the bank.
