Front facia on ebay car

I am looking at a viper on ebay. Item # 4619288288. In picture # 11 of the slide show, uderneath the facia on the lip looks like its been patched, does this look normal or is it a repair job. When I first looked this morning picture # 44 was a vin plate that said it was made in 01/01. The number was 1B3ER69E01V700815 [which was different than the number posted in the auction] That turned out to be a 01 viper with a california salvage title. That picture has since gone blank. Has anyone dealt with This dealer EXOTIC MOTORS in Chicago. Also is the stripe supposed to extend right down the lip on the front facia.

I think that they added a piece of aluminum to help guard the bottom of the fascia. It looks to be riveted on.

Also it looks like they just sold a 01 GTS on 10/11/05 and got a positive feedback.

I purchased my Viper from them in November. I have been pretty pleased with my car. It looks like they have a warehouse to keep their cars in now, but then it was just at their house. They keep a small inventory of specialty cars that they sell mainly over the internet. Its less a dealership than a couple brothers that sell cars. However they have sold quite a few Vipers and Supra's. I sent you a Pm with my office number if you would like more details.
