At the Car Show today i chated with the rep of a custom paint business(Chris Rude 417-569-3762). When i asked Chris if he could repair the fuzzy dash on my viper he said no but had a phone # to someone that could.
Here it is if anyone is intrested in checking it out.

AZTVR Good job on finding the company info. I think nissans pathfinder has this paint on its dash. its good stuff if it is the same product.

Great so where can I buy it?

I assume that the distributor that Harleyman was referred to, Gateway Coatings and Supply,
is too far away from you. Perhaps you could contact the manufacturer directly to find out if there is a distributor in your area.
Here's some contact info from their website, Good Luck.

Mankiewicz Coatings LLC

Although this may be a tiny bit off topic...To make this thread relevant, the problem/solution at hand is actually much cheaper/simpler than what is being discussed. We are currently discussing, refinishing a Gen 1 Dash correct? well the "fuzzy" dash can easily be stipped with "Easy-Off" Oven Cleaner. Once totally cleaned, it can be sanded iwth a very fine grit the, sprayed with a primer, then sprayed again with a flat or even semi-gloss black paint and you will have your dash looking BETTER than when it was new. It would not hurt to shoot it with clear coat upon completion either. Furthermore, you will eliminate that "finger nail" scratch capability from the finish. :2tu:

I think the goal is to achieve the factory look. Please advise us as when this product has been tested.
