Biggest fail on the new Vette is that it is actually heavier than the previous generation. Their advertising claims they paired every gram, but it still turned out to be a porker.

I find it interesting how many believe SRT should have developed an aluminum frame for GEN V. However, the all aluminum framed C7 is heavier than the steel framed GEN V Viper. Heck! Even the all aluminum Ferrari 458 is less than 100 lighter than a SRT, and Ferrari usually provides dry weights.

NEVER BELIEVE what a salesmen at a dealership tells you....they already said the new Z06 or Z07 will have near 600hp..the ZR1 ..don't know yet
