Its going to have a small loft above it, so when I get kicked out of the house I have a place to sleep

Part of it will be a working garage, the other part will be showroom/office. I'll scan the drawings sometime.

I still have tons of e-body parts left that this guy didn't claim, i'll probably end up sticking them on greedbay or something.

Hi. Just had my garage floor done this past week. I can tell you from experience that everything depends on the preperation of the concrete floor. Had done my own with epoxy 6 years ago on a one year old floor, looked great for 2 years then the epoxy started peeling up in some areas. The worst areas were near the tire tracks. I had acid etched the concrete as my prep work. After the epoxy started coming up asked a professional floor coating friend what was going on and he said that the acid does not remove the oils from the tires that soaks into the concrete. You must shot blast the concrete to get good adhesion. The company that just did mine did a great job, it took them 5 days. I went with their Royal Flake system which they shot blast the surface, apply a primer, apply a epoxy then broadcast in colored epoxy flakes, then reapply a second coat of epoxy with more flakes, then apply two coats of urethane. Looks great comes with a 4 year guarantee. The name of the company is Home pro floors. You can see their site at homeprofloors.com

It's time for me to seal the concreat in my garage.

Any recomendations for a epoxy? I want a grey or white color with some gloss to it. I have a pressure washer and will hit it with muratic acid next weekend to remove a big stain (compliments of my 'cudas oil pan).

Madmaxx...Cuda, whatca got? I have a 73 Cuda 340 4-speed.

I don't have personal experience, but I am close to going with the epoxy paint from griot's garage. You can find em on line. They state that their paint WON'T lift, even from hot tires. Of course they cannot gaurantee it cuz they can't apply it for you...

I will be interested in your choice and result...Sadly, I think I have to re-model a bathroom before I can get to the garage floor! I know, priorities are upside down here...

I (Had) a 72 'cuda pro-street project and a 70 lemon twist daily driver. I also had a 69 1/2 Road Runner (Labled F8 green but was F6, factory screw up on the tags). Sold all of it to buy the Viper.. it was time anyway. The 'cuda is still in the garage, the buyer hasn't come to claim it yet (but it's paid for!)

I'm designing the garage of my next house (summer 04 if everything goes well!)... 2100sqft of pure awesomeness

Sadly, I sold my 73 'Cuda also to buy my sweeeet 96. Weird, sold it in 1 1/2 days...Found a guy who was looking for a real clean resto...as original as possible...

So, 2100 sq feet of garage?? You are killing me... Are you planning a lift? Oh, I don't want to know...
