The black rotors were on the 2003 vipers. I have yet to see black rotors on a gen 4 (they are red)

The other thing is that Viper Parts of America is selling new complete sets of gen 3/4 one piece rotors like yours for 299.00

That's why they're cheap! Pick them up and get them refinished for less than the cost of buying a set of these regularly.

How much would they cost to refurbish them in the states? Unfortunately in canada we have to take that and multiply it by at least 2-3 times.

I just paid $800 to refurbish a set of 4 98 wheels.

$800 is high for refurbishing unless it included chrome.

Cover and springs are now sold as well.

Thanks for the cover and shipping it to Canada, the cover is like brand new and clean, great seller, I'd give you a A+++ if it were eBay.
