gasket for exhaust pipe to manifold connection?

Where do you get gaskets to bolt stock exhaust system to stock manifold on a 95? Are there some better than others like aftermarket versus factory?

Is there a requirement/recommendation to get anything else to install an exhaust?

Any tips or special tricks? I'm just taking off stock and replacing with a different stock system minus cats.
