Did '95 black Rt/10's only come with gray interiors? How about black? I want to add a Roe brushed aluminum kit to the dash, etc., but I also want to add most of MGW's interior accessories. However, my questions is this, would brushed aluminum and chrome accessories clash? I think it would work well, whereas I don't think satin accesories and brushed aluminum would go together at all. Any suggestions?

96 RT10 came with black dash. Parts should swap. I noticed a 96 RT10 for sale in classified section, solid red. Already has the GTS wheels on it. Rear exhaust I think.
If your interested- just over $40,000.

I changed out all the gray plastic for black on my 94, Look's better. I put in new gray seats, wish I had gone to black.
Just my opinion, don't add all that chrome and aluminum stuff to your dash. Just MHO.
The aluminum door handle surround pieces are ok since you will need new one s anyway and the aluminum is cheaper than the plastic.
The little AC/heat knobs look ok I think.

I just wouldn't add too much extra. It look's great when it's stock.

95 also had tan interior, unfortunately no black.

The satin and Chrome acessories look great. Here is a pic of my 95 interior, to give you an idea.

Shadow, I have ZAF stuff in polished aluminum and mgw in polished chrome as well. You can integrate as long as its tasteful and don't overdo it.

Here are some pics... Good luck with mods

Adam,

Not sure if I did this reply right, but anyway, your interior is sick! Exactly what I am going for - could you briefly review where you located those mods? Esp. the steering wheel with that emblem? Your back speaker surrounds also. Thanks,

Dave.

Nope. I didn't have eight grand burning a hole in my pocket, so I went the cheap route . I contacted a local interior place that does a lot of custom interior work, and interior restoration for classic cars. There were three hides used to do the interior, but it only cost about $1,300 when it was all said and done. I've been pretty happy with it. However, after seeing your new center console piece, I may have to order one of those from ZAF!

Thanks Chad! I may take you up on the offer next year. This year my big Viper project is to get a new hardtop.

Shadow, I couldn't install the stock viper steering wheel insert because it wouldn't fit into the momo wheel, too big. IF I had it modified it could fit, so I installed with the momo insert. Oh well we can't always have our cake and eat it to!
