Gen 1 OIL PRESSURE ????

94,original owner, 25,000 miles, and the oil pressure gauge is always at 60lbs unless I really work it then will drop to high 40's. Ya, I know the obvious answer, but is this normal ? How much for the test gauge that uses the sending unit hole ?

Abnormal in my experience. Typically (Gen 2's anyway) OP is 30-40 at idle and jump with rpms to 50-60. Can't explain your circumstance unless the gauge is bad.
