Anyone know the material the fascia is made from, I wanted to cut big holes in one and bond in boxes for the correct size GTSR lights with plexiglass covers, I know the material is very flexible so am wondering about kind of glues or bonding to use?

If memory serves at all - I think it's made of RIM (Resin Injection Molded) material.

The gen 2 has a 2 piece bumper. Can just the lower bumper part be changed out to a gen 1 and the upper part of the bumper stay there?

it just looks like two pieces but it is a single casting... I checked the one I have in the basement yesterday.

Explaining Viper things to you
The factory service manuals (or maybe the tech training stuff as I have all of it) cover the repair methods and materials to make the repairs. Same stuff you would use to mod or upgrade your body parts / panels.
